The MX-48 Media Converter Series is an industrial-grade, temperature hardened IP media conversion family which is BAA compliant and manufactured in America. The MX-48 Series products are stand-alone modules that are an essential component in fiber security solutions.

Transmit and receive over single or dual, singlemode or multimode fibers. The MX-48 models come with 1 SC or ST optical port and 1 or 2 Ethernet ports. 

The MX-48 IP media conversion products transmit and receive at gigabit speed and are PoE capable.
